Transparent polymer products — TALC masterbatch stiffness and clarity

Ultrafine Talc,
Optimised Optical Clarity

Our TALC Transparent Masterbatch is specially formulated using high-purity ultrafine talc and advanced processing technology to deliver excellent transparency, enhanced stiffness, improved dimensional stability, and superior processing performance across a wide range of plastic applications.

With ultrafine talc particles with controlled refractive index matching (typically within the polymer RI range of 1.45–1.55), our masterbatch maintains high light transmittance while minimising haze generation. Produced using asbestos-free talc conforming to ISO 3262-11, with food-contact compliance per EU Regulation 10/2011. Combined production capacity of 1,000 MT per month from our India manufacturing units.

Why Choose Our
TALC Transparent Masterbatch?

Engineered for demanding industrial applications, our TALC Transparent Masterbatch consistently delivers optimised optical clarity, enhanced stiffness, and safe, compliant performance for premium transparent plastic applications.

Optimised Optical Clarity
Ultrafine talc particles with controlled refractive index matching (RI 1.45–1.55) maintain high light transmittance and minimise haze generation caused by optical scattering.
Enhanced Transparency & Gloss
Specially engineered formulations improve transparency, surface smoothness, and gloss retention for premium visual appearance in transparent and semi-transparent products.
Asbestos-Free Formulation
Produced using asbestos-free talc in accordance with international safety and consumer protection standards for high-grade plastics applications globally.
Improved Stiffness & Stability
Enhances rigidity, heat resistance, and structural stability while minimising shrinkage and warpage during processing and end use.
Food Contact Compliance
Produced in compliance with EU Regulation 10/2011 for controlled heavy metal content, suitable for direct food-contact packaging and consumer applications.
ISO 3262-11 Quality Standard
Produced using high-purity talc conforming to ISO 3262-11 international quality standards specifically for plastics applications and processing.
Safe & RoHS Compliant
Manufactured using non-toxic, RoHS-compliant raw materials suitable for safe and sustainable manufacturing across all global markets.
